Java 2 runtime software

	Exclamation requires Java 2 runtime software – either the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE). This Java software is included in selected releases of Windows Vista and XP and all releases of Mac OS X.
	Windows only: Check your C:\Program Files\ folder for a \Java\ or \Javasoft\ folder. If Java is not present, download the latest Java release from the Sun Microsystems site.

QuickTime runtime software

	The Exclamation Site Editor requires QuickTime software for image processing. This software is included in all releases of Mac OS X.
	Windows only: Check your C:\Program Files\ folder for a \QuickTime\ folder. If QuickTime is not present, download either QuickTime (with or without iTunes) from Apple's website.
	QuickTime 7 (free player)	Windows XP, Vista

Exclamation PDF documents can be viewed with Adobe Reader 6 or 7,
